Monocratism
Monocratism is the idea that all power should be concentrated at a single point, under the control of a single mind.
Monocratic societies are characterised by universally pervasive surveillance combined with covert manipulation or overt repression. Typically the monocratic authority is psychopathic and consideration of the welfare of the population is incidental to governing strategy except as far as it is related to its ability to do productive work or else if the population still has some residual power.
