ENGLISH RADICAL MANIFESTO & HANDBOOK (September 2004) INTRODUCTION Many English people are concerned for the future of England. They see our rulers seem to have little concern for the wishes or interests of the English. All the large political parties seem to take a similar line on matters of importance, and there seems little way of using the political system to influence decisions taken. Our country and identity is usually not even acknowledged by government officials, nor do we have a parliament or government of our own, despite the creation of devolved government elsewhere in the UK. In the British government we do have, we see a far lower proportion of the top jobs being given to English people that we should expect. At the time of writing none of the leaders of the three main parties are English, nor were either of their predecessors in the two main parties, nor are either the Chancellor or Shadow Chancellor. We are also seeing large number of people coming from abroad to settle here, a process that is clearly not to our benefit, and which we have had no say in. We see the attempt to submerge England and the UK into a large European super-state, with its own constitution and legal personality. This European Union appears to be being set up on the communist system similar to the old Soviet Union. Our country is moving fast towards a police state, as our traditional constitution is abolished, and all the safeguards against dictatorship dismantled. New power structures are being set up, able to control all our institutions and people from a central point, with new systems of surveillance and methods of intimidation. We also see a major interference in the cultural and community life of the country. Much of our urban landscape is built in the communist style, concrete and glass structures devoid of human spirit. English history is little taught in schools, or else only to disparage it. Community and family life is becoming disrupted or indeed non-existent, as it is put under impossible pressures. However despite all this we see hardly any real resistance. A fair number of people are vaguely aware things are not right, but they cannot really explain it, nor do they know what to do about it. Even of those people who are alert and concerned, whether about the EU or immigration or other topic, only a small minority actually understand the root causes of the issues they complain about. Nevertheless we know that there are a lot of people working away where they can, coming at the problem from the angle that suits them best. Some have set up think-tanks or made films or written newspaper articles or otherwise helped move the popular mind a step in the direction of a better understanding. We have also seen the growth of more organised political movements, particularly English Nationalists, the Nationalist Right and the Eurosceptics. However each of these is focussed on one area of political life, and attracts only minority support. We believe that change will only come about when one single political movement is able to gain majority support and overpower all its opponents. In this handbook we try and set out our ideas as to how this movement would look. Note. This handbook is written from an English perspective, but we hope that kindred peoples elsewhere in the British Isles and further afield will also find it of help, and join in with us in this great endeavour. TOPICS Who is our opponent? What have they been doing? How do we defeat them? Religion Nationalism Strategy What comes next? Constitution for British Isles Principles of Good Government Current Situation Report What should people do WHO IS OUR OPPONENT? Our Main Opponent We understand that the government of our country have been taken over by a criminal organisation, called the Illuminati. This organisation brings together persons with access to great wealth, and skills of political manipulation and propaganda. It has managed to infiltrate our previously independent institutions, and interfere with their functioning so that they have stopped carrying out their proper purpose, but instead promote the political agenda of the infiltrators. It desires a major transformation of the country in order to weaken any potential sources of opposition, and ensure that the maximum of wealth will flow into its own hands. Global Plutocracy The Illuminati are an international organisation and have set up an elaborate administration across the world. The techniques they use can be described as Scientific Despotism or Communism. The empire they have set up is known as the New World Order. The ruling elite of the empire which includes many people not part of the Illuminati proper, can be called The Plutocracy. Other Opponents We recognise that we have other potential opponents. These are other ethnic or religious groups or political powers who may wish to take control of our territory or our people. WHAT HAVE THEY BEEN DOING? Crimes of the Illuminati Plutocracy We think it worth listing some of the crimes of the Plutocracy. 1. The Illuminati Plutocracy has its origins in the 1760s and was involved in the French Revolution of 1789, pushing the country much further into disorder and terror than would otherwise have been the case. This period saw the first use of its characteristic slogans - for Liberty (ie Freedom) & Equality - still very much in use in the New World Order today. 2. The Plutocracy were behind the overthrow of the Russian Czarist government in 1917, and the installation of the communist system. Russia is a country of great natural wealth that had great prospects in 1917 but whose population suffered badly in the following decades with worsened quality of life , all-pervasive fear and estimates of a 100 million killed. 3. Some argue that the Plutocracy were behind both the first and second world wars, and are now trying to foment a third world war, between Islam and the West. 4. The Plutocracy wanted to set up the state of Israel for its own reasons, separate from those of the Jews, and was willing to sacrifice the lives of European Jews during the second world war in order to improve the chances of getting it after the war. It had the chance of rescuing them, but turned it down. 5. The Plutocracy are the main force behind the setting up of the European Union. This is an attempt to undermine the democratic governments of the original countries and make their populations subject to the will of an unaccountable bureaucracy which in turn is controlled by the Plutocracy. The Plutocracy are bringing in a communist regime essentially similar to that they gave to the Soviet Union. While more attention is being given to maintain economic activity this time round, we can expect the same kind of totalitarian measures, many of which have already been announced, with an increasing climate of fear and intimidation as indeed we are already experiencing. 6. The Plutocracy are the main force behind the mass immigration that Western countries have experienced since the second world war. This is an attempt to weaken the ability of nationalist movements to gain majority support in any area. Countries that have become ethnically diverse face a possibly long future of social conflict and disturbed existence. 7. The Plutocracy control the World Bank, (as well as national banks such as the Bank of England and US Federal Reserve). They have used their economic power to hold Third World countries to ransom. In many cases they have undermined their economic independence, extorted interest payments that they cannot afford and sponsored dictatorships, all leading to the increased poverty and misery of the populations concerned. 8. The Plutocracy control the United States and its foreign policy. They have turned a previously isolationist country into a vehicle for spreading their rule across the world by any means they can get away with. As well as the well-known action such as in Iraq, they are engaged in much covert activity to undermine all their political opponents everywhere. RELIGION Power to Shape Events We believe that Man has the power to actively shape his destiny, and reject the idea that he must be a passive victim of impersonal forces. Good & Evil We recognise the distinction between Good and Evil. The forces of Good tend to improve people’s lives. The forces of Evil tend to make them worse. We wish to be a Force for Good. Social , Criminal & Despotic Social actors are those seeking to be a force for Good for the whole of society. Criminal actors are those who seek to benefit themselves at the expense of the rest of society. Despotic actors are those who govern a society for their own private gain without any concern for the welfare of the public. We wish to be Social actors. Wisdom & Capability We recognise that good intentions are not enough, but that they must be backed up by wisdom to discern the best course of action, and the necessary capabilities to put a vision into effect. Respect for the Nature of Things We recognise the need to understand and respect the inner nature of things, so that we can behave in a sympathetic way towards them. Effective Organisation We recognise that people can have a greater impact on their world when work together as part of a single movement or organisation which is able to co-ordinate their actions in the most effective way. Understanding & Attitude We recognise that a person’s understanding of the world and their attitude to it has an important bearing on how they behave. We therefore pay attention to the development of people’s understanding and their philosophy or religion. Distribution of Political Power We recognise that the way power is distributed in society, and the attitudes of those who have the most power has an important bearing on the functioning of that society. National Community We believe that people are naturally inclined to act selflessly for the good of their family, or a wider community which is perceived as a kind of extended family. A Nation is a collection of people that its members perceive as a kind of extended family, while also being a potentially self-sufficient economic community, able to look after all its own needs. Therefore we recommend that political life be organised around nations. Race & Culture We believe that it is natural for friction to arise between persons who are of disparate racial character, or have different cultural backgrounds and hence different expectations of behaviour. We therefore recommend that communities should be built from people of similar racial character, and who have similar cultural expectations and loyalties, or are able to develop them. National Purpose We suggest the primary national purpose is to bring the country closer to a state of ‘Arcadia’, a place where each human life can beat to a joyful rhythmn , where each makes its contribution to a larger whole to create a rich and harmonious pattern of living. Political Authority We wish that the political authority within the country should rest with those persons with the greatest inclination and capability to work for best interests of the country. This legitimate authority should act to strengthen the capabilities of the nation, work to defend the interests of the nation against those powers who desire its downfall, and be a fair judge of competing interests. OUR STRATEGY Our task is to build a political movement across the Western world which is strong enough to take on the Illuminati Plutocracy. (ie the Anti-Plutocratic Movement) As far as we can manage we will also seek friendly relations with others outside the West who share the same aim. We believe that the movement needs a core of organisations with a clear racial, national and religious character. However the movement will accept membership of any group that shares not be exclusive but will be open to all groups that can abide by the simplseek to include as many groups that share the same general principles as possible an Our current assessment is that the Illuminati has its greatest hold on the Anglo-Saxon countries, and is reliant on this hold to provide the economic and military basis of its power. Therefore as a starting point we concentrate on building the movement in these countries. The Anglo-Saxon foundation countries are England, Scotland, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. English Radicals will naturally concentrate on building the movement within England. However they may have a role to play in providing inspiration to Anglo-Americans who start with a less certain ethnic identity. Both the English and Anglo-Americans (ie English and American Anglo-Saxons) share the same racial and cultural roots, and belong to the same family, although they have now diverged into separate nations. Our assumption is that if we are able to stop the Plutocracy from having political influence, and taking wealth from England and the United States then this should be sufficient to break it. We will focus our attention on defeating the Plutocracy. This means we will endeavour not to be drawn into conflicts with other ethnic groups or religious movements unnecessarily even where there is apparent provocation. It also means we will seek to separate out those persons whose interests and loyalties are irretrievable bound to the Plutocracy, from those persons who may appear to support the Plutocracy, but who might be persuaded not to do so. We understand that a way to overthrow the Plutocracy is by getting sufficient people active within a single political movement so that their combined effort is able to defeat any other forces the Plutocracy might be able to employ against them. We therefore will seek to gain the maximum support for our movement among people with different concerns and of different attitudes. We will work by spreading consciousness of the Plutocracy among the population, and bringing them to understand the connections between the schemes and actions of the Plutocracy, and the effects they see in their daily lives. We will also work to try and dampen down the tendency for the population to divide among itself, and use up its fighting strength in unprofitable and damaging ways. If the Plutocracy seeks to undermine our ability to engage in political activity, then some of us will retaliate in kind and act against those implementing its will. Some of us may also want to take action wherever Plutocratic law is being implemented to the detriment of the people. Other Issues requiring Consideration We are seeing a large number of people coming here from abroad with the intention of settling here. This is against the wishes of the majority of the existing population, and is likely to have a detrimental impact on the future social stability of the territory. Perhaps there is action that can be taken to reduce the number of people involved in this process. Some of our supporters are very concerned about the growth of non-Western crusading religious movements. Others are concerned about the growing strength of new superpowers whose global intentions are uncertain. We should at least seek to ascertain the degree of threat posed by these sources. The Future The signs are that the Plutocracy is moving from a position of covert dictatorship relying on the effectiveness of its propaganda and underhand manipulation, to a more open dictatorship in which it is less concerned to conceal its actions, because it has sufficient forces available to quell any dissent. We are likely to see increasing political repression, with action taken against political dissidents, and a greater reliance on fear to keep the general population in line. We can look to the history of other countries that have already experienced communism to see the possibilities of what we might face. Often the whole of the educated classes were considered politically suspect and were arrested. Nevertheless we don’t expect our history to exactly follow previous examples. In particular the race issue may explode – to what effect is uncertain. STATEMENT We are the English People and others concerned with the fate of England and the British Isles. We perceive that we have lost control of the government of our traditional territory, and that those who are now governing us are not giving due consideration for our interests. We are determined to do whatever is necessary to bring control of our territory back into our hands, and to set up a government that works for the public benefit. CHARTER FOR THE BRITISH ISLES British Isles We assert that the British Isles are a natural territorial unit, whose peoples have a long history of interaction and inter-migration, and that it is right for us to be concerned with the future of the whole. We recognise that there are five sizeable indigenous nations within the British Isles. These are the English, Welsh, Scots, Ulster Scots and Irish We declare that each indigenous nation should have the means to protect its heritage and its separate life and identity. We declare that each indigenous nation has the right to determine its own affairs as far as it wishes to, and can do so from its own resources, and this does not threaten the security of the other nations. However we wish to see a co-ordinated approach taken on matters which affect security such as relations with the outside world. Government We declare our support for the Crown as the supreme authority over the area of the United Kingdom. We wish to see a governing class drawn from the indigenous people and loyal to them. We wish to see persons of the greatest statesmanship being able to secure the most important offices of state. We wish to see those who achieve positions of authority being able to carry out their duties to the best of their abilities without untoward influence from malign sources. We declare that every government is expected to further the best interests of the people in good faith. We declare that we wish any government to have concern for the welfare of all persons affected by its actions whatever their status. Independence & Integrity We declare that the British peoples should be sovereign within the British Isles. We assert the need to protect the internal integrity of life within the British territory. We wish to see the authority of traditional laws and freedoms upheld. We assert that many see a benefit in stabilising or enhancing the cultural and racial homogenity of the population living within the territory. We assert the need to protect or enhance the strength and comprehensiveness of our abilities to provide for all the needs of life for ourselves. In consequence we declare the need for restrictions on movement of people, goods, services, finance etc between the British territory and the outside world. PURPOSE OF THIS MANIFESTO The aim of this manifesto is to produce a framework around which people who wish to see the defeat of the Plutocracy can begin to converge. Currently there are a number of organisations and movements who share a common interest in being opposed to the Plutocracy, yet who are mutually hostile to each other, and are unable to work together. We recognise the benefit of having a number of different organisations catering for people of different backgrounds and priorities. However we think that change will only come about when one single political movement is able to gain the allegiance of a majority of the politically active population. This is our current attempt at providing a common manifesto for this movement. GLOSSARY Plutocrat – A person of great wealth who uses this wealth to influence the political process.
