Back Global Monocracy - The Global Despotic Power April 2004

HISTORICAL SITUATION IN ENGLAND

In Anglo-Saxon times the Social Forces generally had the upperhand compared to some later periods. Bad leaders could be deposed relatively easily by dissatisfied armed men banding together against them. There was a difference between the Anglo-Saxon area and the Danelaw, but otherwise everybody supported the same political culture.

However in 1066 a foreign despotic power conquered the country (ie the Normans with the backing of the Pope) They brought in a new political order, in which the french-speaking ruling class was more concerned to entrench its own power, than consider the welfare of the saxon population, which suffered badly.

Over time though the distinctions between Rulers and Ruled blurred and the despotism softened. The Social Forces often got the upperhand at times of constitutional crisis, and a rich political culture was developed that gave people greater freedom and well-being compared to many other countries.

However during the Enlightenment of the 18th century a new despotic group was formed on the continent. Officially formed in 1776, and known as the Illuminati this group developed a rational scientific approach to gaining power.

The Illuminati political culture is based on a rigorous and systematic application of principles of social manipulation, by persons on the inside of a society. This system has proved militarily superior to the traditional culture of the existing European aristocracies, where enemies are meant to announce themselves and fight in armies. And taking a co-ordinated systematic approach to political manipulation is naturally more successful than unco-ordinated and amateur approaches.

The Illuminati first attacked in France in 1789 where they deposed the French King. (To give a fuller account, they took advantage of social tensions in France to push forward a revolution that was more extreme than it would otherwise have been). They have since had a deep influence on all European history since then.

In England, their influence is said to have begun in about the 1830s after the Napoleonic Wars. This is an influence they have built up through their control of the banking system. They introduced liberal ideas into society, leading to the adoption of a Free Trade policy, and also encouraged a socially liberal conscience that weakened the will to govern an Empire.

Illuminati forces took control of Russia in 1917, deposing the Czar, and Germany in 1918 deposing the Kaiser. It is argued by some that they encouraged the First World War to weaken the British and German ruling classes. They then brought about the depression of the 1930s which was meant to encourage popular support for International Communist forces (which were under Illuminati direction).

However in Germany they were opposed more strongly and National Socialism was developed as a Scientific Socialism to take on the Illuminati more successfully than the traditional aristocracies were able. National Socialism drew on many political ideas that had originally been developed under Illuminati guidance, (eg Marxism, Nietzche-ism, Psychoanalysis, Scientific Despotism), hence some similarity between the Fascist/German World Order and the New Secular World Order of the Illuminati.

Obviously the Nazis were opposed by Britain, Russia and the United States and others. At least in the case of the United States you can see that it was the Illuminati who helped bring a naturally isolationist and reluctant country into the war on the side of the Allies.

As the Illuminati side won the war, the move to a New World Order has been gathering apace since then. Russia however had partially broken away on Lenin’s death in 1924, and then more completely after the war. This led to a Cold War with a defensive Russia nervous of attack from the West. (Russia had lost its desire to conquer the world for Communism with the expulsion of Trotsky in the 1920s and the weakening of Illuminati influence)

The political programme of the Illuminati has remained relatively constant since they were founded. For instance we can see many parallels between their activities during the French Revolution and those today. (eg the same battle-cry of ‘Freedom and Equality’) The political programme as it was in about 1900 is set out in detail in the text we call the ‘Protocols of Scientific Despotism’. This explains almost everything happening today, except for the ethnic diversification programme. This latter appears to be a new innovation brought in after the 2nd World War, to try and build up greater resistance within countries to ethnically-based political movements such as National Socialism.

GLOBAL DESPOTIC POWER

Global Despotic Power (GDP) is our alternative term for the Illuminati. The GDP is also the same thing as the Global Monocracy, International Capitalism or the ‘New World Order’ as the term is popularly used.

Essentially the aim of the GDP is to re-engineer the societies over which it has control in order to undermine any potential source of authority other than its own.

If we consider the requirements for a strong and effective group of people, (ie as discussed earlier), then we could guess some of the tactics of the GDP.

For instance it is important for a group to have a common culture. A political culture after all is a way for people to organise themselves and take action in particular situations. If all the members of a group have a common culture then this means they are already pre-disposed to form together in the same particular kinds of organisations which have the same particular kinds of purposes. This makes the job of getting together and taking action a realistic possibility.

We therefore might expect the IDP to try and impoverish people’s cultural understanding, and also to try and prevent common-culture groups from forming.

It is also important for potential group members to be able to communicate freely with each other, and also to build up trust between each other.

Therefore we can expect that the IDP will try and frustrate free communication, and will try and isolate people, and make them suspicious of each other.

The success of a group will also depend on how many people support it and how many attack it.

We can therefore expect the GDP will try and condition people to shy away from groups with the kind of culture that might make them challenge the GDP. People who join such groups will have action taken against them. Political favours throughout society will go to those who show the most determination to fight against the IDP’s enemies.

GDP Programme in practice includes:

1. Promoting ‘Freedom’ – ie encouraging people to rebel against traditional authorities. However according to the Protocols this will change once the Illuminati are in full control as calls for Freedom will obviously be more of a threat than a help.

2. Promoting ‘Equality’ – ie the idea that everybody should have equal power. (Explained as a ‘Right of Equality’ in the Protocols) This makes the maintenance of effective groups and communities impossible. A natural community will be inclined to give the most power to the people best able to manage the community , and no power at all to people who are not members of the community. If it is forced to give equal power to everybody then it will collapse.

3. Promoting ‘Democracy’

According to the Protocols this means encouraging everybody to think that they are as good at running the country as anybody else, when they haven’t really got a clue. This means that they reject the authority of a benevolent Aristocracy, and instead can be manipulated by despotic forces.

However we can see that in modern usage ‘Democracy’ has taken on a slightly different meaning. A ‘democratic society’ is a ‘secular society’
ie one without any common political culture except a conviction that everybody should have an equal voice regardless of their culture.

(If you can follow this then you can understand how they can argue that a vote for the far-right is a ‘proof of the failure of democracy’ and keep a straight face)

4. Promoting Human Rights. – Firstly a ‘Right’ requires a government to uphold that Right, otherwise it is meaningless. So arguing for Universal Human Rights is arguing the case for a Universal Government (one run by the IDP perhaps). Secondly a Right imposes an obligation on others to try and uphold that right. Thus arguing for rights is a way of putting demands on communities which will thus tend to weaken them.

5. Promoting Anti-Racism – Firstly this is a way of weakening resistance to an ethnic diversification programme while it is in progress. Secondly alleged racism can be used as a stick to beat people, in order to undermine their confidence in acting independently. We can see this happening in the Police at the moment as the government seeks to assert its control over it. Also everywhere organisations are being fined huge amounts for alleged racism, and people are losing their jobs for it. The whole point is to condition people to obey political instructions from the IDP automatically without thinking for themselves.

6. Rights & Responsibilities – The first phase of the GDP attack was a ‘Liberal’ phase emphasizing Rights only. The aim of this first phase was to undermine our attachment to traditional ideas and the traditional authorities in the country. However this has already been achieved and we are now entering the second ‘Communitarian’ phase when we are being told that Rights entail corresponding Responsibilities. These ‘Responsibilities’ are in reality our feudal duties to the International Despotic Power. We can expect the Responsiblities to get more and more onerous, while the Rights become less and less useful.

7. Multi-Ethnic States – A government made up of a committee of people of different nationalities and cultures will naturally find it difficult to govern, thus leaving a power vacuum to be filled by the IDP. We see existing states becoming multi-ethnic, as well as the move to supranational governance (eg EU, WTO, UN etc) which are naturally multi-ethnic from the start.

8. Oppressive legislation and red-tape – There are more and more regulations giving the IDP a tighter and tighter control over what is acceptable behaviour. In some cases we can see these being used in an aggressive way to condition people to obedience. We’ve mentioned anti-racist laws above, also anti-speeding laws for motorists, and anti-smoking laws.

9. Direct control over all the institutions of the State. Especially since 1997 we have seen a no holds barred attempt to bring every institution in the country under central governance in political matters. Whether it is the Police, the Judges, the House of Lords, the Education system, or the BBC. Also all the other larger public bodies now have a duty to promote anti-racism, and everybody else can be caught out for being racist.

10. Shared responsibility for behaviour. We are starting to see the idea that we are not only responsible for our own actions, but also that of everybody else around us as well. This seems to be the point of jailing the parents of truanting school children, of fining pub landlords who don’t stop people smoking (so far only in Ireland and trialled in Brighton).

11. Universal Surveillance and an End To Privacy – Cameras, Public architecture without privacy, Big Brother as conditioning, Internet usage recorded, bank statements now more open to public officials, CCTV in residential areas.

12. Anonymous Informer schemes – (eg Crimestoppers, hotlines to report on racist incidents – perhaps just racist comments, people smoking in pubs, people who might be cheating on social security benefits)

These give authorities knowledge of who ‘troublemakers’ are, and perhaps more importantly undermine people’s trust in each other, as wherever they are they can never be sure somebody won’t report on them.

13. Free Trade etc – ie breaking down the barriers that allowed different countries to run their own economy. The idea is that the whole world will be one single economic area, with nobody except the IDP having any influence in how it is run. This new order will naturally favour the biggest operators, ie the very large multi-national corporations which are the allies of the IDP, and will eventually be taken over by them.

14. Attack on Culture – Denigration of Englishness. Dumbing down of TV. Limited history courses in schools. (Also the Protocols particularly mention that Students should not learn about Law or Statecraft)

15. Commercialisation of life – Everything that people do has to involve a purchase. Emotional satisfaction is through purchase of products, rather than interaction with others. Rather than having a rich family or community life it is preferred if everybody works to earn the money to pay for the substitutes for family or community life. Advertisements encourage desire for products to soak up peoples income. The IDP controls the banking system and gets a cut of people’s income through interest payments.

16. People kept busy so they don’t think about politics – Whether by encouraging long hours at work, or providing entertainments.

17. Families and communities are put under stress. The IDP prefer atomised individuals, who cannot organise politically with others, and whose every need and action is mediated by the GDP.

18. Psychological conditioning – This is where IDP agents seeks to shape people’s reaction to particular situations. This includes ‘cognitive conditioning’ which seeks to shape the way people look at the world, and ‘emotional conditioning’ which affects people’s emotional response.

Often the two go together, with people encouraged to interpret a situation as in a certain way that triggers a strong emotional response. Conditioning is best done via the TV.

19. GDP controlled justice. – eg proposed end of jury trials in some cases, and use of specially appointed judges, political appointment of judges, (the Protocols say judges should be made to retire early as younger judges are more likely to take direction, and with a quicker turnover of judges it is easier to control who is in position). Also increased use of thought and speech crimes.

20. Police State - Senior police chiefs are already often (or always) political appointments. We can expect to see the Police becoming increasingly intimidated and brutalized, with a gulf opening up between them and the public. There is already a drive to recruit more ethnic minorities and foreigners into the police. From the IDP poin of view there is no reason for the police service in England to be staffed by English people at all. It may make more sense to have it manned by people from elsewhere who won’t have the same problems of divided loyalty between public and the government.

21. End Of The British Army – The GDP will need to close down the Army as a specifically British affair to avoid it coming to the support of the native population against them. Possible signs of this happening include increasing recruitment of foreigners into the Army. The plans to disband further regiments, despite the army being over-stretched in its commitments. The quoted principle that the Army will only ever be used alongside American forces and so doesn’t need the ability to act independently. Ideas floated to merge parts of the Army into a European Army .
